Booking, drop off and collection were exceptional. The Slushie Machine was perfect. The popcorn machine was a little damaged in some areas, meaning the door did not close and the popcorn was then popping out of the machine, but otherwise worked as required. Fairy Floss machine was also a little damaged and made use slightly more difficult, but again worked as expected. Overall we are very satisfied with the total hire experience and will use again next year.

The most important aspect for us was the memories that would be made in hiring the product ie we were looking for high standards in safety and an easy ability to weave magic through our Prep Pirate Event. Both of these criteria were met. Awesome experience. Was really good with communication amongst a covid lockdown but restrictions were lifted and we were able to have the party. The jumping castle was dropped off and inflated all with in about 20 mins and pick up was just as fast. The kids absolutely loved the jumping castle and definitely got used non stop all day.

We have been using "Don't stop the party" hire group for the past 3 years and we have always found them to be fantastic. Brisbane Event Hire's equipment and pricing is some of the best we discovered when looking for the products we needed for our event 'Chill Out Zones'. I needed some chairs for a special event when my other arrangements fell through at the last minute. The staff were so understanding and accommodating in my crisis. Americana chairs were delivered the next day in plenty of time for my function by a very pleasant gentleman, & collected promptly the next day. We were thankful to book the Frozen jumping castle 1-week before our daughters birthday. It was available!! The booking process was very straight forward and I really liked that fact that I could check availability of your products online. I like being able to have that information readily available, but still have the option of calling if I needed more help. We recently used Dont' Stop the Party to hire bean bags an a slushy machine for our teens 16th birthday party. The frozen jumping castle made my 3yo day!!! Was set up and packed down so quickly and provided a couple of hours entertainment for her party that wore them all out ready for a big sleep! Will definitely consider this company again!

The online ordering was very user friendly and it was also excellent to be able to call to talk to someone for any additional questions. We hired the 15m obstacle course, it was an absolute hit with all the children and adults alike. It kept them all entertained and saying this was the best party! We will definitely hire again. The staff and communication was fantastic and made the whole process an absolute breeze.
